We have temporarily increased our shipping rates and minimums for free delivery due to special surcharges introduced by logistics carriers to keep their teams and our customer safe. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 8-15 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Larger orders or any custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to deliver. Please get in touch with us for most accurate delivery timelines. After you have made your order, our courier will contact you directly with available time slots – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.
We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery.
Once the order has been placed, we will send an order confirmation email. You will be contacted, at the next stage with further information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We would love for you to like our products. Kaarii’s return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.
DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 9549 257525 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT).
The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, we will exchange the product or you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product.
In exceptional circumstances, a refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account may be made, in which case shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.
